Mr. Peter Bourbeau teaches Literature, Art and directs the annual school play. He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the second of eleven children. He graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in 1998. After attending Anoka Ramsey Community College, he moved on to the University of Minnesota, graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Art. Mr. Bourbeau returned to St. Joseph’s as a teacher and moved with the school when it became La Salette. He is married to the former Annie Underhill of Grand Rapids, Michigan and they have four children.
